Hello! I am Michelle Renee Ventura, founder of Wholistic Wellness Center (WWC), established in Reno, NV in February 2023. How wonderful the universe (and a very smart search engine) led you here! At WWC, support is provided as your “wrestling” happens internally… when you grapple with difficult emotions and pin down old narratives that no longer serve you. This does not have to be done alone, we are here to help!
I’ve made it my mission to create a trauma-informed space where self-discovery doesn’t feel like a chore and trauma healing doesn’t feel like a trip to the dentist. My own journey through life’s ‘darkest seasons’ taught me a spicy little truth:

Our team of experienced, heart-centered practitioners offers integrative and evidence-based care that honors the whole being—body, mind, soul and spirit. Whether you are moving through trauma, navigating chronic stress or pain, or simply seeking to return to yourself with more alignment and ease, we are here to walk beside you—with care, presence, and intention.
Rooted in consent and guided by compassion, we hold sacred space for those reclaiming their wholeness after trauma, stress, and disconnection. Here, power is not taken—predatory behavior has no place here. We draw firm circles of protection around the vulnerable while cultivating a community that holds integrity, accountability, depth and authentic connection.

Michelle’s dream came true when she opened Wholistic Wellness Center in February of 2023. She has felt purpose in her 23+ years of learning and doing all her modalities to help others transform their lives as well as being a community connector. She finally found a sanctuary to do all of this with other unique and heart-centered practitioners.

He has trained with industry experts such as Jillian Michaels, Tony Horton, and Shaun T. Eric’s approach to fitness is flexible and tailored to each individual’s needs. His motto is “Fitness is not a one size fits all.”
